Professional Year Program

Professional Year is a professional internship program approved by the Department of Home Affairs. It provides overseas students who have completed their studies in Australia with on-the-job training to improve employment opportunities.
Students who have completed Professional Year in an accredited professional training institution can also obtain additional 5 points for the skilled visas.

Course Introduction

●44 weeks of course in total (including 12 weeks of full-time internship)
●260-hour course (average 6 hours a week)
●Small-sized class teaching (courses vary by institutions)

Course Advantages

●Increase work experience and enhance work ability through internship opportunities
●Receive a certificate of Professional Year program after completion
●Obtain membership in a computer, engineering or accounting professional union
